Water Day

One of the boys favorite things about summer is when we get out the water slide. It's one of favorite summer activities also.

Olympics

While in China, Jana and I got to visit several of the Olympic sites. It is cool to see them on television right now and know that we were just there a few weeks ago.

Swimming at the Wills'

Here's a couple of pictures of the boys swimming during our most recent trip to swim at the Wills' house. In the last three weeks C-Rok has gone from afraid to get his ears wet (it hurts), to willing to jump off of anything that has water below. School is starting soon, but hopefully we will have several more days in the pool before cooler weather arrives.

Smokin' Hot

Here are a couple pictures of my smokin' hot wife on our China trip. The top pic was taken in Beijing at a subway stop, the second pic was taken in Dali at a temple. Today we have been married for 9 amazing years. I love you sweetie!

Quadruple Exposure

Re took this picture of Jana and me with the Holga. We took four straight shots in a dark room with four different colored flashes and four different poses. Click on the picture to enlarge it so you can see the details better. We are going to try this again where we can get an all black background.

Night Market

While in Beijing, Jana and I visited this night market where all types of crazy food items are fried up before your eyes. We had a lot more fun taking it all in than we did trying different items. Jana ate some fruit, and I tried snake (disgusting) and I ate two scorpions (not bad, tasted like french fries). See if you can spot the snake in the pictures, it was white in color and coiled up on a skewer.

Forbidden City

Jana and I visited the Forbidden City on our last day in China. It was a million degrees outside and the Forbidden City is ginormous, but we had a blast taking it all in as fast as we could. We had an hour and a half to take in what could have easily taken a whole day. I have lots of pictures to share (soon), and this is one of my favorites from the trip to the FC.

Dayspring Worship
